Forum Runner - vBulletin, phpBB, XenForo, and myBB Forum Reader App Reviews

Used to be good, now only getting parse errors. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no luck.

Where as the registrar page looks fine. For forum needed to sign in to, I was able to sign in by guessing where I was on the black out pg. But now see this problem was listed back in Feb 2015, so apparently no one gives Hoot. Ill be looking for next option.

It took 8 tries before I could browse a forum without an error. Not a single forum I was interested worked. I suppose I can broaden my interests but I paid for this to read what I wanted to read.

I had this app on my old phone. Added it to my iPhone 5 and the entire system crashes 75% of the time. When its not crashing, I cant sign into any forums because of a parse error. When I download something for free I understand issues but when I pay $ for an app I expect it to work correctly.

Sometimes it works, most of the time it doesnt. If you read all the posts in a forum, it doesnt change the color to let you know everything is read - have to manually mark everything as read then it will change the color to let you know theres something new, until youve read everything again and have to mark all as read again. It also has a great feature of displaying all posts with no text sometimes, have to kill it and start it again to get the posts back. I had a new gem tonight, it stopped displaying the names of everything when viewing a forum. Complete garbage.

The last update was 2013. The scaling looks awful on my 6+. At least update for current OS and devices please.

So I use this app for s couple forums, not very many. I It keeps signing me out I get no push notifications with it Photos dont load half the time I cant load more than one photo without it crashing or just going to black screen Not worth paying for.

ForumRunner only runs for their pre-selected sites. Anything else youre on your own. Too bad I cant get a refund.

Had this app for many years, and a forum Ive used for a while, tells me Im logged in, but I go to subscribed threads, tell me I have no authority. Go to my profile tells me Im not logged in.

Was last updated over 2 years ago, and no longer seems to work with any of the forums I tried. Abandoned??

Why is Fan Forum always hard to get into? All I get is "server too busy". If I go to fan forum on the Internet, there is no problem.

Used to work. Was patient and waited for them to fix a plug in error after reporting problem for a week. No communication. App is a bust and by the reviews Im one of many who has uninstalled. Buh-bye

The support forums for this product are 3 years unanswered. It doesnt appear that the creator is doing anything with the app anymore. Dont waste your two bucks.
